WHY INTUItive yoga?

Peace and happiness don’t just live in the brain, they begin in the body, with what we do and how we move through the world. Part of living a life of joy and ease is checking in with your body, since your body is sending you constant messages and always working to keep you in balance.

Yoga is really a vehicle for you to connect with yourself at every level - body, mind and spirit - and uncover what’s been hidden, stuck or or energetically leaking. The practice can be intense and vigorous or gentle and restorative depending on the day; you’re always doing the real work, which is showing up for yourself to be the best and healthiest version of you. Yoga isn’t a 60 minute flow, it’s a state of being as you move through the world.

The session

I begin our practice by setting an intention, and sending you and the space around you healing energy. As we move and meditate together I receive intuitive messages about your body, your energy and your life. I can’t not receive these messages, but I don’t have to share them with you if you don’t wish to hear them. These messages allow me to adapt the session to your specific needs.

60 and 90 minute sessions are available in person in New York City or remotely via Zoom. Payments can be made via PayPal and Venmo. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time or the full amount will be charged.
