Love your soul. Live your destiny.
I was born in Tokyo and raised in New York, Sydney, and Singapore. I returned to the US for college and moved to New York to start my career in Investment Banking. Eight years later I was definitely on a trajectory... but inside my soul I knew there was something else out there for me.
I began practicing yoga, and within a year decided to become a teacher, training as much as possible with the best teachers in the world. This practice allows us to find a balance between strength and flexibility, effort and ease, and tune into the infinite love and intuition within ourselves. I am humbled to be able to share this practice with you.
