This series offers a unique, well-rounded approach to increase flexibility, mobility, and strength by intentionally building heat and then releasing tension through stretching. In it, you'll be guided through isolated movements to release tension and improve muscle memory. Each 30-minute class focuses on a different area of the body, allowing you to move through them all or pick and choose where you would like to stretch and strengthen.

This advanced 30-minute flow is turbo-charged with many opportunities to safely take your practice upside-down. Mindful engagement of the shoulders, arms, and core prepare us for this empowering and playful sequence. We will float through different transitions in and out of handstand, eagle legs, and scorpion leg handstand. These variations can be practiced on the forearms as well.
