Private yoga is the most effective way to deepen your yoga practice and cater to your individualized needs and schedule.

If you are new to yoga, private sessions enable you to develop a strong foundation in technique and move at your own pace with personalized feedback and hands-on assists.

Private sessions also give you the time and space to gain a greater understanding of more challenging inversions or arm balances, or to deeply stretch or strengthen specific areas.

If you are working with injuries or health concerns, a restorative session can nourish your body and bring you back into alignment.

After a stressful day, guided meditation and yoga nidra can relieve stress and create ease and steadiness within the mind.
